Sorry, I take for granted how often I do these steps so I wasn't very clear in my explanation. :/

You need to right click on that layer in the layers tool box:

It should be along the right side of the paint shop pro window. It should be showing no matter what image you have up or what is on your 'palette'. If it's not there let me know, I'll see if there a way to make it show up. But it should have been there from the start...

I use Photoshop because it came free with my computer. I used to have PSP - a friend uploaded it for me - and I looooved it but my comp crashed around Christmas and I'm back to PS.

Um ... random rambling. Sorry.

ANYway. Thank you SO much for this tutorial. I couldn't figure out how to get the "Oompa Loompa"ness out of my icons! =D I can't wait to read your text one too! As my icons show, I'm not exactly skilled in this area but I really like making them =)
