I'd like to go ahead and try those sanity and knowledge rolls. But I have three questions about the event first. Hopefully it's okay to ask them here?
First: Can the book be removed from the room?
Second: How do we know where in the house the zombies are at any given time?
Third: Weapons were mentioned. How do we know if our character found one, and what it's stats are if we did?

Just so I understand the timeline, the next time I can move Sealand is on November 3rd? Is that correct?
