One thing always leads to another
i was reading over some of my early entries for a number of reasons and found this
"Ah. Clearly you dealt with maps from the 70's in your publicly funded education.
Now, me, I had WorldBook, which is great. Slightly more muted. I see CA as green and, yes, PA is definitely yellow. CA is, of course, "The Golden State," so I can see where you'd get yellow. I don't know what the fuck PA is supposed to be. Fuckers.

But, then again, I'm a NOR-Cal girl, NOT So-Cal. Important distinction and one I feel strongly about. Get any Californian drunk and ask them how they feel about the difference between Nor-Cal/So-Cal--no, on second thought, don't. You could be sitting there a long, long time. At any rate, SO-Cal... yes, very yellow. Nor-Cal... green as the linoleum in the kitchen where you grew up. Yeah. That fucking green. Beautiful.
Also, yr right about Canada and Mexico. More than right. You ever been to Canada? EVERYTHING'S pink. Even the blackbirds and other things that have no earthly business being pink. Canada has clearly rejected God.
