Thats shitty that they wont let you leave for that amount of time and didnt inform you of that other stuff, but you're right. Things happen for a reason and this is a great chance for you @ the other job, along with also getting to see your mom.
Totally. Today I had a note in my box saying that the 6month period only applies to those that were fired, but still just they way that things happen make me question if I even want to go back. I guess i'll see how my finances are during the month that i'm gone and only working one job.
