I used to trade in cds all the time, but then months or years later regret giving away some that didn't have a chance to grow on me. But I'm pretty sure that the 20 cds I plucked from the collection that I never listen to won't have that same problem. Most of them were free and/or promos. I'm stuck in Napa. Most of the roads in and out of this town are flooded. 80 east is still flooded. Luckily, I don't have to work until Monday. And if it's still flooded, I'm staying here. Darn rain!

I need to find better ways to save money. I should probably start with my car insurance. The hybrid is great and all, but I can't believe how much money I spend on it. I guess I really am saving, though, with the gas mileage and the fact that I only need 2-3 oil changes a year. When I move, I'm going to ride my bike to work everyday, which will ( Read more... )

The Sonoma ride was rained out, but that didn't keep mighty bike warriors like me and Jesse down. We rode from downtown to Bart's house, about 15-20 miles away...in the rain. As of Monday, I'm cutting out refined sugar. I've also decided that I'm going to start making my own food more often. Tonight I made hummus, and it's better than anything I've had store-bought. Time to start living frugal.

First Annual Solstice Celebration Ride!

We're going out to the Napa/Sonoma area to do an epic ride that day.

Hopefully the weather isn't crappy.

And if all goes well, I'm sure this will turn into an annual event.

I was surprised to see him there, considering that the place was packed. I'm glad that a good amount of 16-year-olds left after the Warriors, freeing up some much needed space. Silly 16-year-olds, don't even know what's good for them.

We finished up the production Sunday, and I got home at 6 a.m.

Received and email yesterday, we need to revise two scenes and continue with some pick up shots tomorrow.

I work an eight hour shift, then go straight to the shoot until who-knows-when. Then I have to work at 9 a.m. Thursday morning.

I can't wait until Continuity is my full time

Last night's shoot was long and cold. I got home at 5 a.m. and simply crashed. As my first run as script supervisor, I'm doing pretty well. It would be better if the actors had received the same revised script as the crew, though. That way I wouldn't have to continually change their lines.
