Your comment last time about hearing loss due to conch punches scared me off! This one is in pretty close to the same spot as the other one (helix)... Only this one is bigger :D

helixes I haven't heard of causing hearing problems, conch punches yes...

It worked out for the best :)
The inner conch wasn't my first choice of placement, it was just a consideration cause I thought there might have been problems with a helix punch.
This site was checked out for the 4ga I had done in the other ear and there were too many possibly problematic bloods vessels in the area. Turns out my choice of 0ga solved all those possible problems by flat out removing them.
I considered an inner conch only if it wasn't possible anywhere else.
