While I have been going out more and kicking butt and taking names and getting things done. I even jammed in Rec League practice, and it almost killed me for a minute but I did Rec League good. Last night was the music trvia fundraiser. It was really fun. I was glad I went and I even felt like a value to the team. Plus it was fun to hang with Shelley, Chrystal and crew. I am not ignoring you, I am high on decongestants. Zyrtec-D makes me feel funny but my inablitly to breathe, sinus migraine and nasal drippage sore throat and earache are gone. Or maybe they are not and I just don't care, but I think that they are. Hopefully this will taper off and I will get used to this as Claritin has stopped working for me ( Read more... )

The universe conspired to make me skip tap class. It had traffic and NO PARKING and nightmares of dog walking and people sitting in parking spots on their cell phone. I went to Body Pump last night and it was good. I did not tear my tricep this time, I consider that a success. I kept the weights at a level that considered "baby" although most...other than tricep where at twice the suggested beginner level. It was good. Brrr it is freaking cold. With wind chill it is 11. I know you Northerners think this is no big deal but I look fondly back to the days after getting frostbite that I flew back to Austin in January it was a sunny 60 and pretty much stayed that way.
