cant believe the number of people who have died cos of the tsunami. its hard to even imagine. think of everyone in your school all gathered together in assembly or whatever, then think of them all dead... and it doesnt even begin to reach the number of people that really have lost their lives. its beyond frightening

you are so right it's rele awful, my dad knows about 3 families who are in phuket and all of them have ppl missing, one little boy was lost and then htey foundhim in bangkok which is ages away which is so gd but very strange for him to have travelled so far. we also no ppl in sri lanka who are alrite but their new house is totally ruined so they hav nowhere to live. it's so scary that just water something so harmless and natural can do such horrendous damage to so many lives, whole islands hav been destroyed its awful.
i totally agree with u, is it fair for children to b left with no parents, for ppl to lose their homes, belongings and all their family?? i dont think so, do u? its not like they've done anything wrong.
woo gone very serious but wen something like that happens it just makes u think of how lucky we are and we should jus give a mins htought to those ppl who lost their lives there......

but there were soooo many different countries affected...thailand phucket malaysia india indonesia sri lanka...soooo incredibly sad and yea the mass graves is horrific. there were no ceremonies or anything its so sad.

but i have to say the amount of support there has been is quite incredible. the charities involved are doing so much work.

but you just kinda feel so helpless....and i dont think many people know how lucky they are.

theres also the thought of all the diseases which are going to sweep across half of the survivors, their living conditions are so bad theres hardly anything that can be done to stop it.

Just to think, those bodies in the mass graves were only given a number. That is it. It is horrific. I cannot believe this has happened. I do agree with you on the whole "and people think there is a god" lizzie. because religion is the most confusing thing. When these kinda things happen, its hard to believe in anything. Unless its a wake up call? But even if it is, someone is a bastard to let that happen.
