Labour got rid of the student grants (OK, so the Conservatives would probably have done it too, but Labour actually did it). They made it harder for students to a) get a Uni placement and b) afford to go to Uni. Blair is Bush's lapdog - we went to war in Iraq because the US did. Public health, transport and education is going to the wall. We have less confidence in our government now than we did when Blair first got in.
I don't mind Labour per se, I can't stand Tony Blair.
And I hardly see anything that Blair did that the Conservatives wouldn't have, and we have a strong economy despite a few recent knocks. Public health, transport and education's been on the slide for the last 20 yrs! Still points somewhat back to Thatcherite Privatisation... yeah Labour's done nothing to improve it, but they havent made it *any* worse than it was IMO
War sucked, and I was STRONGLY anti-war... but still. Yeah Bush's lap dog, but honestly I doubt William Hague, Iain Duncan Smith or Michael Howard would have done much differently acting upon Intelligence they were given, however flawed it was. The guy's not a demon, he did what he thought was best for Britain.
Don't apologise - it's your opinion. I just don't like the guy. He's the one who stood up and told us we were going to war. That might be a case of shooting the messenger, but as the leader of the party, he was the one who stood up and said "I will do this, and I will do that."

So no apologies; I'm GLAD he's still in.
