I'm really freaking out. My Aunt is getting worse and I just can't cope with it all. I'm too ill to travel 3 hours to see her. My head is a mess. She was ok 6 weeks ago, not a care in the world and now she has deteriorated drastically and her life is quickly slipping away.

I don't know what to do any more *cries*
