I haven't been posting a lot lately. In kid news: Lorenz does slo-mo donuts, and Nico is drawing a lot, but hates (HATES) homework, because it's busy work.

We still have no mommy/kid friends. :/ No fun. My condition helps no one.

Here's what I wrote to a trusted friend:

Who am I anyways...but listen woman - I have been going to a chiropractor for over five years, and if it weren't for getting adjustments, I'd hardly be able to function. Things got really bad after having M. From being pregnant something in my back slipped, and causes EXCRUTIATING pain in my hips. I mean bad. After my adjustments, I'm like a new woman.

The trick is to find a GREAT chiropractor. Not just a good one. When mine is out of town, he has other people fill in for him, and none of them give me adjustments like he does. So, you'll have to go through a few probably to find one that gets the job done. Remember too, that your body is so used to being in pain, that it will take a number of visits before you feel relief. Your body has to readjust itself.

Totally understandable about the depression. Chronic pain does that to a person. Give chiropractic care a try...at this point you need to be exhuasting ALL your options!

I will be sending lots of prayers up for you too. ;)

Yeah I think it's PT, then Chiro, then pain management as the absolute last resort.

Oh I went to an osteo and found out I have a broken vertebrae. Lumbar spondylolysis (sp?) So no chiro til I get surgery. I've been trying the PT stuff, but the sciatic pain is so bad that my leg is either in pain or numb pretty much all the time, so I'm starting to sorry about nerve damage.

I'll add ya!
