Only in Los Angeles
I keep meaning to post in here with the weird things I see or that happen to me that are proof of the crazy city in which I live. I've got some good ones, but all I can remember right now is when I went to Ralph's (Kroger) at about 11pm and was behind this woman who was just wearing pants--her top was painted on. It was pretty neat.
