I use cheese, black beans, tomatoes, green peppers, and onions. Then I also have salsa and guacomole on the side. You can warm the beans in the microwave and then put everything inside the tortilla, fold it up, and put it in the oven for, like, 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese. It's easy and really good.
