Eesh, ouch. If you're using a cable modem (and/or wireless network from such) you can always try running whatever diagnostic software might've come with it. Beyond that if you're still having issues you'd probably want to contact your ISP like Matsumoto said...

Yeah, I deleted about 20GB of files and ran diagnostics, restarted, whatever I could think of. But I just called my ISP and I think the problem's all sorted out now. Thanks for the suggestions though!
