This was a great little primer.

I saw one mistake, probably a typo--it's Benden Weyr not Bender
Weyr. Here - "There are several Weyrs on Pern. Bender Weyr, the primary Weyr of Pern..."

I read all the Pern books when I was a teenager, but this was a good refresher! I think you did an excellent job defining everything for someone who hadn't read the books before.
