This is absolutely amazing! Really!

I mean, I admit that I have a bit of a thing for dark and angsty!Doctor (especially Ten, as he often wears that badge quite well), but you have really created a wonderful piece about what it must feel like to be him, to live his life, to constantly fight the need to keep people close yet to also push them away, to want to be at his last regeneration yet not wanting it to end yet, etc.

He is such a complex creature and that is sadly not touched upon enough in the show (which I suppose that is because of the scope of a "family" show). I am so glad you were able to very eloquently and beautiful illustrate that complexity here though.
