I am... upset. Maman has been swept up and away by her sister for a bus tour over Nwèl and while she has written to tell me that the house is open for me while the school is closed, I do not wish to be in that house, empty, at the holidays. It will be unbearable

Well Jack offered to give me a lift in his roundabout madcap adventures through the country and said you wouldn't mind, but I did want to talk to you first just to make sure! I don't want to intrude but his final destination is down the street from mine. I thought we could all take turns driving maybe? Unless threes a crowd, then I'll whine my folks into a plane ticket. Or we can use the time to become really good friends! I like friends!
