I totally relate to the anxiety and difficulty in getting things done due to it. I'm also working on being more positive and focused. We're all a work in progress right? I always think, as long as I'm TRYING to be better from day to day, that's a win.

I'm impressed you're finding a way to make this work for you, even if it's just some days. Because I also am not a morning person, and while I don't hit the snooze button, I sure want to. 6 am! Unless I have a plane to catch, that hour is purely theoretical. /o\

I don't know how parents do it. I can barely keep myself alive most of the time, lol.

I have a 9-year-old boy. We own the movie, plus shirts, pajamas, toys, a book and once had a racecar-themed birthday party. So I feel triggered. :)

In all seriousness, I like where you went with this. I, too, end up getting into deep thoughts, thanks to some children's content. Like, for example, when is the Man with the Yellow Hat going to ask Professor Wiseman out already?

:smiles: We just have to take it, as the old cliche goes, one day at a time. Heck, one hour or minute a time some days. Learn to savor the small victories. I loved this piece!
