My Duke of Edinburgh's expedition was a joke. For anyone looking on it was, anyway! The theory is that you walk 8 hours per day, and cover approximately 80km over the four days, although there's apparently no minimum distance now. But my team must have walked for a minumum of 10 hours every day, and covered at least 90km! Everything that could go
