Gah gah gah one more exam to go, on Friday 13th but i'm not supersticious (really can't spell that!) coz my home ec teacher's son was born on Friday 13th, so all is not lost. Well, that one i'm not sure about. Work and travel, i know that much. I haven't decided where, i'm going to India in October and hopefully that'll help me decide as to whether i want to travel in a different culture of go to South Africa or Aus. I'm half South African and haven't made it further up the coast than PE yet, so i might travel there and go up the West Coast, visit Botswana and places like that :) I mean, that's a oretty different culture anyway, but SA is still pretty westernised, unlike say, South America or India.

That sounds good to me!

I'm hoping to (within the next few years) to be able to afford a couple of months in South America. A friend of mine went to Peru for 3 months to go backpacking on the Inca trail, and having seen the photos and heard the stories, I REALLY want to go ;)

gid_j went there on his gap year for 2 months, also did the Inca Trail and i've seen HIS photos, and true, it looks ace :) He did loads of other stuff as well, went to Lima and into the Bolivian jungle, and lived in the jungle for a week, and climed Maccu Pichu (sp?) so yeah, kinda influenced by his experiences :)
