They also make a quality vanilla schnapps. Delicious!

There's also spearmint schnapps. I by far prefer it to Mentholmint or peppermint. It doesn't go as well with cocoa, but it makes a very fine cordial.

I think I need to wander over to my liquor shelf & pour up a dram of amaretto now to help the editing go down.

Oooooh, spearmint! Didn't see that in the limited selection of the local 'burg. Will have to put that on my list for the trip to Woodman's.
