just got back yesterday from being at home for my aunts wedding..which was really fun and nice, they both just looked so happy and it was really sweet..it was great seeing all my family again too, and drinking lots of free champagne at their friends house where we had the afternoon reception..then dancing with my brother to tacky 80s songs at the

When I got back from Germany I felt quite disconnected from everything for quite a while but it was more of an feeling with myself rather than with people here. I think it's just a bit to do with culture shock as in some ways you're shifting your entire way of thinking and interacting with other people. everyone will be up for partying though when you guys get back as summer will soon be here so you'll be too busy going to parties to worry about a thing :)
