Sounds like a cool Tremere concept. One thing though, I think you may have the Kine and Kindred info. mixed up on the post but that could be just me and my confusion. Don't know much about the paths or Tremere so sorry I'm not much help. It seems like a great character concept so go with it and good luck. I never knew they had VtM, OWbN in Maryland. What is OWbN anyway? Good luck with forming your character :-).
OWbN, VtM is short for One World by Night, Vampire the Masquerade. Imagine, if you will, a world-wide game, where the story continues in local games across the entire world. That's OWbN. VtM is the system, the same one we use at knox.
Actually, Pat was right. Kine = Human. Kindred = Vampire. Otherwise, though, I would love to see you acting her out; this character sounds cool.
From my experiences with the Tremere it is a hard clan to play unless you know your rules really well (if you don't, then you just play a peon/gofer). Also, unless your ST is lax or you know your stuff and can rationalize and explain well, then you won't be allowed to have anything other than path of blood as your primary Thaum path. Blood is useful but, on the other hand, it does not mesh well with being a CS prof

We should talk about this character concept because I can tell you all of the fun little neat tricks that I do with Mikel (as he is much the same with discipline set up). Technomancy is awesome. First level is analyze and you can learn a lot about whatever item you are looking at. Level two is burnout which lets you short circuit any electronic device. (burn out the electronic components of a car to stop it dead anyone?) Level three is encrypt and decrypt which allows you to make it so that almost no one can use your technological device. (spend time encrypting it and they have to make a check versus a TON of traits to be able to even use it...and to even try they have to have computers or technology). Level four is remote control, it's the fun I'm using the computer from across the room thing. Level five is I send my consciousness into the computer and travel through the telecommunication network and can use any of my previous powers in the computer. You can literally take control of satellites and other things with this
