So i have had this cold for almost a month now and some days it seems it is getting better and some days it is getting worse

No it was a sinus infection/cold, and then my lungs were full of crap, and I keep coughing, and I have not had a day off since I caught it, and you know lack of sleep, and sleeping outside two nights a week, and breathing in faire dirt, it all compounds and makes for no time for the body to heal.
