It took the guy like ten minutes, we had a wire that had broken. He replaced it, we have cold air.

Yes, I'm glad it was a simple fix.
But on the other side of that coin, that's damn frustrating when it's something so simple but you have to wait for almost a week to get it fixed.
Things like that I have a bad habbit of pulling equipment apart myself and looking for the simple answers so I can fix it myself and not wait *forever* to get it done.
