“Even as a kid, Criss won hearts over with his musical talent. “In eighth grade I wrote a song for a girl I had a huge crush on,” he says. “I got a hug out of it, which was a big deal then.” Now he’s added manners to his charming ways. “I’m a big believer in opening doors for people. And the power of a smile goes a long way. My mom taught me that.”
(Also it looks like his is the opening picture for the article... Am I right? Looks like he is the opener for his section (possibly "New Faces"?), which is a Huge Deal...)
