I definately understad where that's coming from. I got the job at Jack in the Box because I needed to save money to move for college in San Diego. One lady I work with has been homeless twice in the 6 months I've been here. A guy has a kid, a man and a woman are together, both shift leaders and work to pay the rent. It really makes me apreciate the fact that I have parents who refuse to see me do any less than college. Fast food, even at shift leader level, is below the poverty income. I can't imagine doing that for 5 or ten or twenty years.
