Be unhappy with him for making a rash decision without letting me know and then make a small little fuss then sit him down and tell him why calmly and kiss him, perhaps make love and tell him how touched I am actually and move in....

Just love him to bits but said what I had in mind about wanting to own my own apartment and make him accept at least half the money, and next half telling him that half the apartment belongs to him. =D
