Okay. So for this week's question, I personally feel like people can connect to the answer, but at the same time, I think it'll make you guys think. It's a question that's been on mind for a while now.

What kind of person do you see Nino as through his song lyrics?

If you can, try to forget the things he says in interviews and how he presents himself ( Read more... )

Let's see, I actually don't tend to look up translations for his lyrics, but, I'll stick myself higher than i should be, I do understand them while listening, and I listen over and over and over and over and over ... you get the idea xD ( ... )

Ah! That's an interesting way of seeing it. Romantic innocence does seem to fit Nino. I think his childhood is a huge influence on his music and who he is today. I feel like that stuck to him the most throughout the years.

I really wanted to use Gimmick Game, but my mind didn't work non-perverted when I was trying to answer. D8 Dirty fingers. ♥

Thanks for taking the time to answer~ :D

I think anyone's childhood would have a huge influence because that is what forms our ideals i the first place. I think that people who can hold to their childish innocence are the most pure, and in a way, Nino is exactly that, a very pure soul growing up in a world that can be sad.

you could have looked at the meanings behind the words xD

Any time sweetie! <3

oh wow, i didn't know he had so many solos, not to mention that he wrote all of them!

i've only heard Niji and Gimmick Game, and they seem to be telling of seriously deep love that somehow went wrong. yet, it seems that he still cherishes them for what they were. he could be bitter, but the beauty of those relationships sticks with him the most. you can tell that he's really been through a lot.

i also know that he helped write Sketch and 5x10, their anniversary songs. even though he can seem kind of cynical on TV (sometimes he has a cold image too), these lyrics show the warmth and true appreciation he has for having the friendships and memories, and growing up with these four other guys.

Haha yeah. It took me a while to find all of them. XD; I slowly collect Nino solos. ;D It's a secret hobby of mine. lol jk.

Ahhhh yes, I agree with what you say. He really does cherish Arashi for who they are, even if he doesn't act like it 24/7. It's a beautiful, hidden appreciation for his "important people."

Thanks for taking the time to answer! :D

Honestly, I find that most of his lyrics are about love. I feel like through his lyrics we get to see a little bit of him that he doesn't allow the public get any such glimpse of.
He makes himself seem as though love isn't really so important to him. He leaves the subject on a very straight line ( ... )
