So I thought long and hard about the question I wanted to ask this time, and I know it will probably confuse you, but it's been on my mind lately, so why not aske here?
So here's this week's question?
Why do you think that Sho is the 'designated rapper', and how do you react to 'Sakurap'?
(
what the hell are you trying to say? )

I thought it was ohno cuz of the hair xD
you know, yamapi is the rapper for the most part for NewS, but I get what you say about the most manlyhedoesn'tusethemuscles!D8. So if a girl started rapping you'd be questioning life? xD And I love how Sho's voice sounds, I wish I could think of a word to describe it. I say sort of gravelly, like, rougher than the other voices, but then I get unrelenting images of PIKANCHI. \_\

yeah? i always thought he looked the most like a 'yanki' XDD even though Sho is always the yanki (PIKANCHI...that drama Aiba was in, but for the SP) so when i was still learning the members i always referred to him as the 'yanki' XDD and then realized later when i actually knew them that i was way off XDD (although they all do pretty good yanki roles XD *thinks of latest shukudai*)
really?? i dint know that O_o ive only seen Yamapi in Stand Up!! so i always thought he looked shy XDD No, i wouldn't start to question life if a girl started to rap XDD you just have to have a certain voice for it or soemthing...^^; *knows from trying to Sakurap* XDD Llol, yes, PIKANCHI....he did a good job in that role XD (although the hair *shudders* XDD)

I think that since the beginning Sho has been the main rapper, hasn't he? Ever since A.Ra.Shi, he's been the main rapper. Nino's backed him a few times, and sometimes the others join in, but over a short amount of time he was designated the main rapper of the group as well as the one to compose the rap lyrics for many of the songs. As to why, exactly, he was designated (and no, I refuse to go back and look at the SCP cause I wanna come up with my own answer XD) I think it was mainly because of his voice. To me, it's deeper than the others and has a melody of it's own to it (though all their voices do). And while trying not to be insanely biased (aha), Sho is able to fluctuate his style of singing and rapping, don't you think? He can change his pitch and his tone to fit the mood of the song. Why he was chosen may not have been just because of his voice, though. If I do remember correctly, he asked to write the lyrics for one of their songs and got an 'ok' for it. (I dunno if that's exactly right...). So ( ... )

You know, I think Sho was a great choice for being a rapper too. I mean, in a way, the rapping came before everything else that he did that he's known for: going to college, becoming a newscaster. Maybe I need to go look at him with Jidai hair xD
yeah that FNS made me laugh xD
i love how Sho's raps are so... Intelligent. In a way, that closes the gap between the crazy smart man we know and the rest of the work he does :O

Lol i was laughing when he was like itching to rap xD
That is true, i like that bridge that connects two different gaps of his.
He just showed me that you can be anything you want if you work on it *nods*
