I actually don't usually put cardamom in my coffee (if I get the coffee ground up and into the pot *and* remember to add water to the pot, before I've had any to drink in the morning, that's a success). But coffee, cardamom and chickpeas are pretty constant flavor themes in my kitchen. They would make a very appropriate Café Ty beverage.
