Hi there; thanks for the link.

Granted, the deadline for ideas is TODAY, but maybe they'd be willing to extend it since the word has been slow to get out (to me, anyway, but I haven't heard word one about this book so maybe it's been slow in general?).

Actually I have seen this but THANK YOU because I needed the reminder. It's been such a crazy summer that I haven't had a chance to write anything or even contact them...and today is actually only the deadline for preliminary submissions and contacting them, with a final submission deadline next month. So maybe I'll be able to get something in. I did just email them.

I'd already prodded another deaf/genderqueer friend (John, who I think I contacted you about when he was in the bay area last spring for a semester) to submit to it a while back, so I should nudge him again.
