I think I may have seriously alienated a co-worker tonight.

He told me his gilfriend was fanatic for the twilight books.

He looked so _sad_ by the time I was done ranting.

I guess not everyone can pick a keeper.

HA!

So this summer, when i was at the lake with my family my ten year old cousin was reading the second twilight book, and I decided that if *she* was allowed to read them, I, on the other end of the spectrum am allowed to read them, and lo and behold I enjoyed them. Granted Im a sucker for the young adult genre. I totally understand all the beef people have with the series, in terms of lore, writing skill predictability etc, but I also completely understand why they are popular.
