You should seriously talk to the professor about this (in person), and if possible, provide a paper trail showing the efforts you've made to do this in a timely way.

Sadly, I already had to do that for the draft. He was really understanding (hence the split grade, we were supposed to get the same grade, since it's supposed to be a cohesive product.) but he warned us he wouldn't do it twice, so we had to get our acts together.

If she doesn't show by the end of crim law, I'm emailing the TA again to see what she thinks. This is ridiculous.
