Don't Fear the Reaper [Party Thread 2]
((OOC: Another party thread. You know how it goes. And if you don't... ask! ^^ Happy Riftversary! Even if it's two hours until... it's over. :/ I'm sorry I'm slow!))
Elm Street Liquors, a bar located conveniently on Elm Street in the heart of Chicago, is holding specials on their drinks for both the parade and the Superbowl. The regular bartender at ESL made an entry in his journal to help his boss drum up more customers for the event, especially of the supernatural variety as neither of them are exactly human and they tend to enjoy non-human company more.
It makes the bar more exciting if nothing else. The boss was, also, really excited about maybe getting more people to go to the parade. Apparently the boss really likes this Flagg guy, who's supposed to announce his run for mayor after the parade, he's not sure how his boss found out about this in advance, but there's a lot that happens at the bar that Eddie knows better than to question.
He's serving drinks at the bar ((ooc: check the website for a full menu if you want to be accurate or just order classics)). There's another bartender there to cover what he can't get and make sure the bowls of nuts are filled.
There's, also, several waitresses working to deal with hopefully what will be an overflow of people in the bar today and tomorrow. Eddie's hoping to pick up overtime. Maybe to meet a few people, too.
So stop on down at ESL if the parade isn't your thing.
