She doesn't look too well herself, but it'll subside soon enough. Somebody had a broken arm in the coffee shop, and normally she'd try to keep from doing anything so soon after she'd healed up but it was a kid and she couldn't help herself from giving him a hand with the pain. She's not sure she took it all away, his parents might have pulled him off too quickly for that, but she at least helped him a little.
So she's being very careful of her right arm, and she's pale and and grimacing, but watching Helen is bringing her a little bit of pleasure for the moment. She always liked do-gooders, and it's nice to see somebody being indiscriminately helpful.
