I can tell by the way you reach your conclusions... [locked to OT3]

The TARDIS has priorities. How well they translate in linear time is variable, especially as she's used to multidimensional time and this "sequence" nonsense is still a foreign concept to her. But the priorities, at least, are clear.

establish{Doctor}.

Did that. Fixed him, too, at least to her mind. (And no, she's not going to enjoy finding him again and noticing he's re-broken. This sort of mind bewilders her, honestly.)

establish{Pack}.

That one's more difficult. Ordinarily she'd take her cues from the Doctor, but the Doctor's mind is a mess. Looking for kindred spirits lead her to more broken entities. And when she started scanning for {affect:{mental-emotional-psychic}energy(Doctor)}, she got more broken entities. She was beginning to wonder if this was a junkyard, like the yard on Gallifrey she'd been pulled from: everything here was broken.

preserve{Pack}.

Linear, finite beings are odd little things, but her Doctor is a semilinear, and if linears are his Pack, they're hers, too. And that leaves little to be considered.

She took the most proximal, teleporting into the room that {smelled} most like him. She's just a blue box--no need for disguises--but she's in the place she deems most likely to attract one Desmond Descant...

...waiting.
