Chocolate disaster...

We've got these nestle heaven real hot chocolate things.. which seemed like a nice idea from my previous experience of hot chocolate made with real chocolate and (soy)milk on a stovetop, mixed with the addiction I had to the nestle heaven blocks of chocolate at the time. You need to get all of the Alton Brown TV episodes. He has a good one on rescuing chocolate.

In the end it tastes ok though..... just not quality super gourmet special.

Also, not fair trade as far as I am aware.

Sorry, don't mean to push my views on you ;)

The good news is that there are some great fair trade organic cocoa/hot chocolate brands available :)

YES. Try the organic cocoa powder sold at Common Sense Organics in the brown jar/tin (could go look up the name downstairs but am lazy atm). That mixed with creamy soy milk and a tad of sugar for sweetness is divine!
