What you didn't mention is that you're the cute little girl on the left in the first row (in the pink jumper, with the smile from ear to ear..... Carrie did you notice that the woman to the right of Mrs. Carlson is Roxanne's mother with her younger brother in her arms! M

I am the one most left in the front row (pigtails, pink jumper, big smile, hands folded neatly in lap). I either just turned or am a day of two shy of 7 years old in the picture.

Ah, but you would be right on both accounts. These are Brownies, aka Girl Scouts in training. Yes, cute if you can concentrate on the 1970's nostalgia aspect and don't think too much about the military-esque uniforms and the like. :)
