Yes, facebook is easy and effective like that. I finally understand the attraction. Didn't have time to write this all up this week but couldn't keep it all bottled in.

And, hey, lots and lots of luck and success with the marathon. I am looking forward to reading the reports!

Gosh is a good word. It compliments "wow", and covers some extra feeling. I'll add "yeah" to the mix.
