I know it's sort of been touched on, and there might be a file on the wiki that I might've overlooked, but could you write a file on the Noise? What they can look like, how they attack, etc.

We have a Theme Glossary on the way; further details on the Noise (at least in the sense we mean when we refer to them in the context of the Tuner Organization) will probably otherwise be crowdsourced to whoever apps their source theme, Oto x Maho. (Open secret: the whole theme integration/theme primer section on the application is both to help you clarify your vision to us, and to crowdsource an otherwise essentially infinite amount of work to the individuals who stand to care about that work the most.)

How does the Book of Darkness information fit in with the timeline? Is this intended to be the 'previous Book of Darkness incident' as per A's?

Yep! That's the event about 11 years ago where Clyde Harlaown was killed.
