I haven't updated in quite awhile, but here's my rant as to why no one should ever open an account at 5/3 banks

NEVER had a problem with national city - and they're everywhere in the midwest.

I never had a problem with them either...but they don't have a national city ATM on campus, which is why I switched to 5/3. However, I'm definitely moving back over break

I recently hit my problem with them. Their online automatic transfers are traps. They've put me in debt numerous times up to hundreds. Then again, it doesn't help that Chicago only has around 3 National City Banks--and no where easy to find. :o(
