Cleaning pump accessories

I have always rinsed the accessories at work and then steamed once I got home. But, I started using the Medela wipes. It feels like it gets cleaner then just rinsing. Is this ok?

I used the Medela wipes at work and air-dried after use. I still gave everything a hot soapy wash at home at night and had no issues with storage or spoilage. HTH.
