Supply Issue, please help

I have talked to the LC's in my area and they tell me I'm doing everything right and my body will adjust. That's not helping me! I'm starting to have major supply issues. Ryan is 8 months old and EBF. I don't want to have him on formula at all. I used to have an over abundance of milk, now I'm playing catch up during the week to make sure he ( Read more... )

Just thought i'd add another vote in for pump as much as possible. And also, I find wearing a tight bra helps significantly for me. On days I don't, my supply dips. Good luck!

Interesting about the bra. I have nursing bras that are more snug I wear on work days. But, days I'm home I tend to wear the sleeping bra or no bra. Not to thrilling, but maybe I'll try the bra during the day when I'm home and see if that helps. Bras are from the devil!
