warm compress like a heating pad, warm shower w/ massage, have baby nurse a lot from that side in different positions, pump if baby won't eat much as you want to empty that breast, don't wear underwire bras or constrictive clothing

ITA. Plus try to drink lots of water if you can. Some people say that staying well-hydrated helps prevent plugged ducts.

Congratulations on your new baby!!!

Owww... that hurts. Definitely try rubbing them out in a hot shower. It'll hurt, but that might work. Take a couple Tylenol or Advil first.

Congrats on the new baby!

Thank you for all the advice! I've been doing the heating pad, massaging it, warm water in the shower and it's a lot better. I can still feel the lumps, but they are much smaller and don't hurt. Thanks again!
