Today is the last day JJ will be with us. She's finally feeling better and it looks like she'll have just enough time to get one more wall of the mural done. The partially completed version I saw last night already looks terrific so I can hardly wait to see it completed tonight. Nothing like a 2 hour teleconference to start the day. At least I was able to call in from home and skip the nasty commute on 66. At this point I'm now working half time on 5 different projects, each. Anyone else see a problem with this? I wonder if Mitre has a cloning project going on somewhere that I can make use of.

We got JJ's insurance straightened out yesterday and took her to urgent care yesterday afternoon. The official diagnosis is acute bronchitis. They gave her a bunch of meds (some of which we still have to pick up today) so hopefully she'll start to improve at this point. New Year's Eve with Alice and Ajay was terrific as usual. Lots of good food, good champagne, and great conversation. We definitely need to do that more often, although perhaps with less champagne.
