I think I scared a few years off of D yesterday. I managed to trip on a kerb while carrying 2 bags of empty glass bottle to the recycling bottle banks. I went flying and he was worried I was about to cut myself from all the broken glass, thankfully I stayed on my feet long enough to get past the worst if the glass before I went sprawling. Managed

No first aider needed as no real damage done, a few plasters used to stop the paper cut like cuts from catching on clothes is all the first aid used and I was perfectly capable of administering my own plasters.
