Got comments at work from a co-worker today as I'm wearing a dress, it's not something I do frequently to work however it's not that unusual, I know of at least 2 other occasions in the last 3 months where I've worn a dress to work and at least 2 were I had a skirt on, obviously she's not as observant as my male colleague as he remembers the other ( Read more... ) -

Life has become busy, I had a look at my calendar this week and realised I don't have a free weekend until I come back from BALLS in October, not only that but I know I have things that are happening in October and November I just can't face putting them in the calendar yet as it's beginning to look like I already have the rest of this year planned ( Read more... ) -

Exchanged
Wooowhooo, I have finally exchanged contracts, completion is next Friday when I'll also be moving in, Hire van now also booked.

General Update
So I'm still not in new house but hopefully will be in 2 weeks, things aren't finalised yet but after some serious butt kicking they appear to at least be moving again ( Read more... ) -

so my solicitor finally has a copy of the contract so can now begin to do some work, unfortunately there was no indication as to when they can get out by (but they have no chain) so i still don't know when I'll be moving, looks more likely Mid May at this rate tho ( Read more... ) -

Just Phoned the estate agent and told him if the sellers solicitors do not have a the contract with my solicitors in the next couple of days then I will be looking at other properties. They have had 3.5 weeks since we agreed a price and I am well beyond the end of my patience. -

I believe the survey is getting done on the house tomorrow.
lets hope there is nothing wrong so that I can progress quickly to completion and buying stuff for the house. -

had a very good night sorting through my clothes for packing, since I'm now at the back of my wardrobe I've got to the clothes that i bought or wore when i first came down and liked enough not to want to throw out ( Read more... )
