so today was what is probably my last real track workout ever...*sigh of relief*. Toughie too, sprinting, for about 30 minutish, 150s, i think we did about 12, which is tons better than the 30 coach was talking about. Im so dead and tired, and its not just because of the workout, ive felt drained for a long time. I feel relieved that im done, so
