so today I went clothes shopping with Ezra, then I stopped by pearl art and bought some soapstone. my sister works there and got me a discount.

so I made my first soapstone sculpture, even though for tools I had:

1. a saw blade wrapped in duct tape

2. a screw

3. a rounded thingy that had a file-ish texture to it.

camping was a lot of fun. we were in andover (like half an hour away) and when it started pouring rain last night, and our tents were flooding, we just got in our cars and went to Rachel Fischhoff's house. this was the best end of school year ever. in the past two days I've been to 4 parties, been in 5 different houses, been on 2 moon bounces, seen 3 movies (the royal tenenbaums, harry potter 3, and brother bear), driven to acton twice, and spent a grand total of 3 hours in my own house ( Read more... )

so after I graduated from high school yesterday, I went home and had long interesting conversations with my family. then Ayla came over, and we continued the deliberations. after that ayla and I went to Davis sq. and got ice cream. then we confused the hell out of will porter.
